My name is Taylor Oldham and I'm a Realtor®️ in the Raleigh area with a desire to put my clients first. I was inspired to join the Real Estate profession after going through the home buying process myself. You could say love at first sight or first closing. This passion is what I bring to the table to assist others going through the process of making such a large investment. I will always strive to be a resource and wealth of knowledge through the entire process in order to ease your mind.
Growing up in the mountains of North Carolina and moving into the Triangle area after attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill gave me the desire to instill southern hospitality into my career. This has helped bring the same commitment to our clients! We will guide our clients through the real estate process as a friend, therapist and sounding board!
The foundation of my business is built on my strong desire to build long-lasting relationships with my clients and I am here to make your dreams of selling or owning a home a reality! My name is Kait Sronce and I’m a Realtor in the Raleigh area with a goal of making the home buying and selling process simple for my clients.
I was inspired to join the real estate profession after personally going through the home buying process myself, and after 6+ years in a sports marketing and client services career, I knew it was time to take those skills and combine them with my newfound love of real estate.
