We are so excited to finally announce the newest member of Taylor Oldham Residential brokered by Choice Residential! In case you are one of our clients, yes, yes she has been work with us for approximately 10 months now! But, following welcoming her son Greyson, we wanted to make it officially official! So please join me in welcoming, Kait Sronce, broker/realtor and our team admin.

Quite a few titles, right? Well, that just shows you how important and integral she has been in the formation and growth of what you see of Taylor Oldham Residential today! She has been a founding business partner that has worked along side me since she got her license almost a year ago!

A Note from Kait –

My name is Kait Sronce and I’m a Realtor in the Raleigh area with a goal of making the home buying and selling process simple for my clients. 

I was inspired to join the real estate profession after personally going through the home-buying process myself, and after 6+ years in a sports marketing and client services career, I knew it was time to take those skills and combine them with my newfound love of real estate. 

As your real estate agent, I promise to always have your best interest at heart by fully understanding your wants and needs from the start. I thrive off building trust, direct transparency, proactive communication, detailed organization, and skillful negotiating to ensure I am getting the best possible outcome for my clients. I want my clients to love where they live and enjoy this process as much as I do, and I will always strive to be your local resource in order to ease your mind.

Brief About You: I’m Kait! I got my license in August of 2021 after deciding to make the transition from my sports marketing and client services job of 6 and a half years. I’m a wife to my amazing husband, Aaron, and we have been married for almost 2 years (November 2020 – COVID bride!). We just welcomed our first baby boy, Greyson, to our family this past June. We also have 2 rescue pups, Ellie and Maverick. I’m a foodie at heart and love trying new restaurants around the Triangle. I’m also a lover of coffee, red wine, spicy margs, traveling, & a good thriller book!

Why Real Estate? I fell in love with the home-buying process when I went through it myself. I love being able to help others during this major milestone in their lives, whether buying or selling, and I want to make the process more simple to show everyone that this goal is attainable!

What brought you to the TOR Team? I quickly learned that I have the same real estate beliefs and values as the Taylor Oldham Residential team. I believe client service should be the top priority as a real estate agent, and as your agent, we should be there to take things off your plate, educate you along the way, advocate for you throughout the transaction, and make the process as simple as possible.

Favorite Part of your job?I love that I get to meet so many new people and develop long-lasting relationships throughout the process.

What did you do before starting real estate? I worked in the sports and entertainment industry for 6 and a half years as a marketing, client services, and brand manager.
